NEW DATE!! Frame drums are one of our  oldest instruments and can be found cross culturally throughout the world.  In ancient cave paintings, on pottery, and in the pyramids of Egypt there are images of women playing frame drums and tambourines. We have been playing drums for literally thousands of years.

In this frame drumming session, we awaken the drum through our hands, and rhythm in our bodies.

Guided by the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space you will learn the basic frame drum strokes and learn to play 2-3 traditional rhythms.  

This circle is designed for beginner levels, yet an all are welcome! 

Together we’ll weave rhythm, presence, and connection as our embodied, intuitive language.
